40 pounds lost.
 

I did it. This morning I stood on the scale... 175.0. This is the first morning in the last 9 months that I stood there screaming "yes, yes!" (quietly to myself) The dog looked at me like I was totally crazy.

40 pounds gone in 9 months.
175 pounds.
2.5 pounds away from hitting the half way mark.

I was 175 pounds when I was in grade 12 and going to prom. The lightest I remember being is 174. Everything now will be a new number to me.

Fantastic, congratulations on the terrific weight loss, 40 lbs. is awesome.
