I jogged!!
I know it's a small goal but, for the past nine months, I have so wanted to be able to jog. It was always so tedious, so boring and pure ****. So, I only had managed slow jogs for five minutes at a time. But, today, I decided to try it for a longer period of time. I managed 22 straight minutes. :dancer: My heart rate was in the aerobic zone the whole time, and I didn't stop once. I only went 4.5mph but it's a start. I should also mention that yesterday was leg day and my quads were KILLING me but I still did it. I am so proud of myself! I just had to share with the world. :woops:

Yay!! Good for you!! I would love to be able to jog as well! I'm working up to it though, I'll get there.

Just as important as actually doing the jogging is the attitude that you have in WANTING to do it. HUGE!! Congrats! :carrot:
