Thumbs up 10.8 pounds for the month of September ~

I've lost a total of 28 pounds since being on the plan ~ but for the month of September, I lost 10.8 pounds. I've been walking every morning and every evening - approx. 2 miles per day total.

I just started the South Beach Diet in September as a means of losing weight and learning to eat healthier. I weighted in at the end of the month and lost 5 pounds.
