Woohoo, another SV!

OK, I have GOT to get back to exercise (it's been almost 2 weeks!), but Beach Watchers is MELTING the flab off!

I am down to 295.3 my lowest weight in AT LEAST a year! (Highest of 312 last december, lowest 295.9 last month or so, yo-yo-ing in between).

I have lost 5.3 POUNDS since Friday!!!!

Woohoo! So friggin' happy! I feel great!
