3 much needed NSV's!
 

So.....I was in the gym last night and was finding it really tough going. I was ready to give up and was thinking what is it all for...streaming with sweat and out of breath for what! But I pushed through and completed it.

Afterwards a girl from work who I wouldn't really talk to much came over and said I was looking great and had lost 'loads of weight' , and she called me fantastic! :carrot:

Then this morning another girl from work who is just back after a years leave said ' wow you look fantastic!!!!!!' :carrot:

I could have jumped for joy!..and in fact I actually did :D

Those nsv can really pull you through sometimes. Keep up the good work.

That is great, moments like those definately help!! I had a girl from work that I haven't seen in a long either say "wow, you've lost a lot of weight haven't you?" and it definately brightened my day!! And WTG for pushing through the exercise and getting it done even when you didn't want to!!

Wooh! I love it when I get several comments or NSVs in one day!

Fantastic for you!!! Just keep repeating to yourself "one more step (or repetition) is one closer to your goal" and you'll be there in no time!
