ok, i seem to be hoarding these up so i thought i would tell ya'll about them.
firstly, i am currently wearing size 18 AUS (14 US) jeans. yesterday i was wearing size 20 AUS! i could not believe it when i tried the 18's on and they fit - without me having to lay on the bed and hold my breath until i turned blue in the face!
secondly, on the weekend i upped my weight on my seated row to 30kg from 25kg (66lb and 55lb respectively). i didn't think i could do it, but i did it and boy did it feel empowering once i finished pumping that iron.
yay for me!
