Just checking in with everyone to see how things are going. Today is my offical weigh in day and I'm down another 2 pounds. 29 to go! We can do this. I hope everyone has a good week. Take care.

WGT--Slow & steady is weigh better. If you get a chance take a look at my post on Diabetic Support. It will explain why my hubby has lost 140 lbs in one year. He has 40 to go. It was slow & steady sometimes only a lb othertimes 2 or 3. That's one of the safest ways to do it. Also he has very
little excess skin. So stick to it & don't compare to others. It took time to get there & it will take time to come off. |
Good going Snyder! Doing ok here, cept for a cheat meal yesterday...hehe. I don't feel too bad about it though, cause I took my time to think about it before hand and I didn't quite finish it. I enjoyed every bite of my tendercrisp sandwich from BK! Been awhile since I've had fast food.
Slow is the way to go! I sure hope so cause I've lost this 15 lbs very slowly...hehe...but I'm learning so much as I go that I can tell this is a change that I'll keep up with! Kim |
Don't feel so bad. I did horrible over the weekend. But I'm right back at it today. I hope it doesn't hurt me too bad. I will let you all know on Wednesday my official weigh in day. Until then take care.

Sorry I didn't get to post yesterday. I was beating myself up too much. I gained 2 pounds, but I'm back at it. Hopefully next week will be better. It's hard and I'm getting bored. I miss all the fun food. But I keep telling myself, you can do this.

Well I again have restarted WW...had my second 'first week' this summer. But now i'm on the right track again...I have only lost 2 pounds this week.( gained 4 a few weeks ago...I was on vacation for two weeks...not an excuse I know) ....but it's all good...I cross my fingers every time...that this will be that one time when it sticks...and can see the success I see with others....Good Luck to me...:)

I tried WW once and didn't do too well. I'm hoping this LAWL plan that my friend gave me works. I guess it would if I wouldn't cheat! Hope everyone has a good weekend and makes good food choices. Take care!
