Funnel cake!!!
 

So, there was a carnival in my town two weeks ago. All that week, I kept telling my DH how much I wanted to treat myself to a funnel cake. I LOVE funnel cake and hadn't had it in about a year or so. So, that Saturday, we ended up at the carnival with a friend of ours. I purposely did not eat much that day just so I could have that funnel cake. So, I get into the HUGE funnel cake line. I waited for about 10 minutes and finally I was only 2 people away from ordering it's fried, sugary goodness.
Well, once I was that close, I could smell the funnel cake, smell the frying, smell the powdered sugar....and guess what? I started to feel SICK!! Me? Sick from funnel cake smell? I thought, no, it has to be something else. But, then I realized that it was the funnel cake smell that was making me nauseous. I put my wallet back in my purse and stepped out of line!!
I am so proud of myself!! Never in my life has something like that happened to me!! :carrot:

well, then girl...."yer a better man than me" cause I probably (no, I take that back...there is no "probably" about it) would have gotten it anyway. I love me some funnel cake. I think there are like 2 billion calories in a funnel cake. And that is why I don't go to carnivals anymore.

Funnel cake -- and "Gooey Butter Cake". I miss those 2 old friends.

I love funnel cake, it would have been hard for me not to have one. Good job.
