July Goal

  • Goal Start Date: 20th June
    Goal End Date: 31st July

    Projected Goal: 15lbs
    30 minutes of work out 5 days a week
    Increased lean meat, veg, and fruit intake
    Decreased soda, junk food and beef intake

    What are your goals for July?

  • I would like to be down 10 pounds from my current weight by the end of July...so that would make me 260. (well I'd really rather be down more than that, but that is doable and I've been losing about 7 to 8 pounds a month so far).
  • I would like to be down 5 lbs by July 31st.
  • I'd also like to be down 15 pounds by then.
  • Goal Start Date: 26th June
    Goal End Date: 31st July

    Goals: lose 5lbs
    Minimum 20 minutes of exercise on my days off
    No more eating at McDonald's (my work), cutting back on sweets, even if I do plan for them.
