A good reason to exercise
 

Hi all

I just had to share this with you all, normally I park across the street from where I work downtown, as you can imagine this gets expensive 120/per month, so I decided in order to kick start my exercise plan and help reach my long term goal of joining a competitive soccer league next year I would park down by the river valley and walk/hike the 1 mile or so to work. Well today was the first day and man did I pick a good day!! When I got there I noticed there was a lot of police recruits doing their conditioning up and down the stairs that climb out from the river valley. I was going to walk the long way around to begin with but after I seen about 150 or so police recruits I "somehow" found the motivation to use the stairs too!!lol What a pleasant way to start the morning/exercise plan.. I hope they are there tomorrow!!:devil:

At least you had some nice, uh, scenery as you were climbing those stairs! ;) Good job on choosing the stairs! That's a hard choice sometimes...
