50 pounds gone!
 

As of this morning, I have lost 50 pounds! I am so excited I just don't know what to do with myself. This time just feels so different. I have been doing the Sonoma Diet and feel like I've walked into a new life. Thank you all for the support. It has really helped a lot to have people to turn to.

Thanks for all of the kind words. My husband took some pictures yesterday so I'll have to work on that. It's hard to find before pics because I always hid or pulled one of the kids in front of me.

Holy - Moly!!! You go girl!! That is fan-tab-u-lous!!! I'm so happy to hear someone on Sonoma doing so well. It's such a new diet I havn't heard much about results. I just started Wave 1 a few days ago and am feeling great. I have been looking for a diet that allows me a glass of wine with dinner my whole life! I'm so glad it's working for you and that you've had the commitment and strength to stick to it!! CONGRATULATIONS!! And keep up the good work!
