ive been at 196lbs for about 2months now.but i just checked the scale this morning and now it says 194

.ive lost 2lbs at last

Congratulations, I am happy the scale moved for you. Mine has been the same for 3 weeks now and it is frustrating. However, my clothes are loser and I know I've lost inches. Good luck and best wishes.

Yippee! That's the best.

I froze for like 5 weeks, but hung in there, and have lost 9 lbs in the next two weeks - it's like my body was weighting to see if I really meant it
