the scale moved
ive been at 196lbs for about 2months now.but i just checked the scale this morning and now it says 194:) .ive lost 2lbs at last :carrot:

Hoorah! We've all had those times when the scales just don't want to move ... but when it finally does, it's an awesome feeling! So ... Hoorah again! :carrot:

Congratulations, I am happy the scale moved for you. Mine has been the same for 3 weeks now and it is frustrating. However, my clothes are loser and I know I've lost inches. Good luck and best wishes.
