Thank you guys!!! It's great to see progress, right? I remember where I started looking ahead thinking I couldn't do it. Amazing how much has changed!

Angie - I am so with you! I plan to never see the 2's again. I can't remember who said it on this board, but they were so right.. when you're going up on the scales, 196 would make you scream.. but coming down, 196 made me jump for joy :carrot:

I wish you all the best on your journey. You guys are the best!!

hey I just realized that we started out at the same exact weight. When did you start dieting or your lifestyle change? oops just answered my own question but whats weird is that I started just a few days before you. what plan are you on?

Awsome...I cant wait till I see that day. I have never been in the 100's as an adult. In fact I cant remember the last time I was in the 100's. I think maybe middle school. How sad. Anyway...congrats to you!!!! : )

Thanks guys!

mommyof1 - I didn't really do a plan, just more of a major lifestyle change. I went from literally eating well over 3500 calories a day and sitting in front of the tv, to eating between 1100-1400 calories a day and moving around. I started slow and just this past month started working out hardcore lol. One of the main thing I did was found substitutions for things I love. For example, I get Baked Cheetos and count out a portion, instead of having a whole big bag of regular chips. Instead of a pint of Haagan Daz, lol, I buy the WW ice cream bars. They taste excatly like the real thing, and at 2g of fat and 11 sugars, a great substitute. My biggest weakness are cheeseburgers, lol, so I make 93% lean beef, on the Foreman grill, with fat free cheese on a whole wheat bun.

As or exercise, I started slow by just taking my dogs out for a long walk. Now I walk 3 miles with my MIL every morning, then come home and do 25 min on the elliptical. I also use weights on certain days, rotating body parts I work on.

I hope this helps, and feel free to PM me if you ever want to talk. :D

Misti - Girl, there is a spot here with your name on it :D You have been kicking some major butt, I know you will be here in no time!

Jtjoray - I hear ya, I've always been over 200, usually by a couple pounds. This time though, I had went through a major depression after I was in the hospital for a medical allergy in which I almost died. It kind of threw me for a loop and it took me a while to get over that, and then sinus surgery in October, and during the whole time, all I did was eat. Anyhow, you are only 11 lbs from ONEderland! See ya on the other side!! :carrot:

And like I said, I'm always here if ya wanna PM me. We are doing this together!!
