Avoided Temptation!
 

Okay - so I'm here at work and I go to the vending machine to get a Diet Dr. Pepper...but the food vending machine is also calling my name...and they have the 'light popcorn' in it...usually it's the regular butter flavor and i won't even think of buying that...it's like 10-12 points...but the light butter is only 4.5 points...i was so tempted...i even put in my dollar bill...(we won't even get into the fact that I have a mini-bag of light popcorn sitting at my desk waiting for me for my afternoon snack...)

But I thought some more and realized that this is one of the reasons why I've gained back 7 pounds in the past 2 months...from vending machine weaknesses!! I pushed the change return button and got back my dollar bill...

I'm very proud of myself...now I just have to make it through another 4-5 hours before I go home. But I still have my baby bag of popcorn and one more apple to snack on!!

HI! Contgrats on leaving the popcorn in it's place - THE VENDING MACHINE!!! I wish I could say the same for myself and have left the Whopper I had for lunch at BURGER KING!!

So far this Monday I have had to take detours around secretaries bringing in donuts and a huge cake for the bosses birthday. I swear it never ends but KUDOS to you on passing it up~!!!!!

I used to have the same problem, lucky for me they don't put any of my favorites in the vending machine anymore, and the pop part is hidden so I only crave a pepsi when I see someone else drinking one.

Congrats! The vending machine was definitely my nemesis for a long time - it feels so good to beat it - way to go!

Good for you Emily! There's a candy machine 2 doors down from the store I work in, and I know how it is when those things are calling your name. :)

I got to the point of not bringing change to work. So, when the evil :devil: machine called my name, which it did daily, I couldn't respond!
