I want to thank everyone for posting their NSVs and stories. It is great to come in here and read little victories and to see everyone cheering each other on.

If I'm feeling down, frustrated or am having a bad food day I like to get inspired by all you guys and end up getting cheered up and inspired.

I agree with yo. I do the same thing. No one knows how fitting into that pair of jeans better or a size smaller feels. Unless they are there.

I also agree! I love to come to this site because there isn't anyone else I could feel comfortable being this honest with about my weight!

I agree! I love reading the NSVs too!!! So glad when people post them! Only HERE can someone understand how much those seemingly "little" things mean to us... because there ARE no "small" victories... they are all super duper!!
