Smile First Success!!!
This is the first time that I've ever posted in the 'Success Stories' section, but I just had to do it today because I feel so pleased with myself

I weighed myself on Monday of this week only to discover that I was at my highest weight EVER This was a big shock for me! So, I decided that it was time to finally do something about it before my weight problem gets even more out of control.

I started journaling and counting calories again straight away. I decided to have Friday as my official weigh-in day, so today I hopped on the scales ... and I'm 6lbs down!!!! I can't believe it, this is the most weight I've ever lost in the first week of any plan ... of course, I know it's water rather than fat, but still ... 6lbs!!! My hubby told me he was really pleased for me and thought I'd done a great job. In addition to that, I had a great compliment at work ... one of the teachers at the school where I work asked if I'd lost weight and said I looked great!!! Well, of course, I know you can't really tell any difference at the moment ... I know it was more to do with the fitting of the new clothes that I was wearing today ... but it made me feel on top of the world!! And I now feel more determined than ever to get to my goal ... I LOVE compliments

Just wanted to share my good feelings with everyone
