Amazing....in just 2 1/2 weeks...

  • ...my body fat percentage has gone down from 51% to 48.8%!! I've been going to the gym for 1 hour five days a week, plus I am on a high protein meal replacement (liquid) diet.

  • Thanks y'all! I used the hand held one, the kind where you enter your age, height and weight and then it sends a charge through your body. Not sure what it is called though!
