My NSV

I have been working out and watching my eating for 8 months or so. I fit work outs in between nap time. (Childcare Provider) then in evenings. It seems I do nothing but eat work take care of my three girls and work out. I love my changes and good habbits I have made. SOOOOOO My NSV was I got up and worked out for 25 mintues before I had any kids come this morning. I am tired now. LOL but. I feel I am a little ahead for my days work out. I never had much dwon time. So maybe I can not work so much tonight.

I hope to do that at least twice a week if I can. Taking care of kids I am always up and down stairs ro on the run most the time. Maybe I can sit down a extra half hor in the evening. Any ways just wanted to share. I did it. Mornings are hard for me to give up that extra time.

Good for you!! :cp: The morning is the best time to do it. You get it over with, feel smug about it all day, and pretty soon you'll start having more energy! :cheer:

Yes it is nice. But I can't just do 25 30 minutes a day. Ihave to get in atleast 60 to 90 minutes a dayor I just feel like I am slacking. But it does help me not have so much to do later.

Great job!! I think working out in the morning is the toughest. Knowing that you got those 25 minutes out of the way, makes you feel extra good about yourself. Keep it up!!!

Great job! I love working out in the morning but since I have to leave for work at 6 AM, the only time I get to do it is on the weekend! Keep up the good work!!! :woo:

I prefer working out in the mornings, too. It boosts your metabolism for the entire day and it also increases your energy. Plus, then I can't come up with any excuses for not doing it later!

Congrats! I'm a childminder, too, btw. I'm finishing my degree so that when my daughter goes to school when she's 4 (they start at 4 here in England), Ill be ready to reenter the workforce and childminding gives me the best of it all. I get to earn money, do my Uni studies and be home with my daughter, who will be 2 in a few days. How many kids do you watch?
