Default It's amazing the difference a pound makes!

I have FINALLY (after a month long stall) lost the elusive pound I needed to get into the 180's!

I was beginning to think I'd never get there. It's funny how that one pound loss seems like so much more when you go down to the next 'decade'. Four more pounds and I'm half way.

Penny, good for you, girl!!
I know exactly what you mean. I was afraid to put my weight tracker back on until I'd DEFINITELY lost the first 10 pounds.
Keep up the great work!!

Hey, that 1 pound seems huge when you're trying to reach that next decade! I was stuck at 192 for 1 1/2 months and just in the last week started to lose again. Right behind you now, I just hit 190 this morning. Sure hope it doesn't stall again!

Congrats!

Congratulations! The true test of a winner is that you stuck with it even when the scale wasn't budging. Good for you! I'm so glad your hard work has finally been rewarded.

Good for you!
I understand what you mean about that 1 pound. It is the hardest one pound to take off and keep off.
Congratulations!!!

Thanks, everyone, for your good wishes. I feel like I'll start losing steadily again now I've passed this milestone.

My 3FC friends make all the difference in keeping me on track - sometimes when I feel like quitting I think about others here who are also struggling and it gives me a kick in the butt to keep going because I don't want to let our 'team' down!

Congratulations. It seems to me that each time I am 1 pound from a new "decade" that it is real hard to get there. But, once I get into the next "decade" it doesn't seem that hard to get through it. Good luck and you are doing great.

Congrats! I know how you feel when your weight stalls. I cant wait to get in the 100's. I probably stall at 200 forever!

Thanks for all your positive feedback.

It's silly really, but I feel so much thinner for just losing that pound!

LOL well be encouraged... there are a LOT of us who would be THRILLED to be at 200! But seriously, I do understand how frustrating it is to be stuck there and hope everyone close bounces right over the other side into OneDerland very soon!
