My neighbour came over tonight to visit and I don't even know her that well. She was talking about this 10K run that shes doing in June and asked me if I want to join her in it?? haha, I just laughed and said "i could never make that" and she said "sure you can, you look like fit!". It really made me feel good but told her that I would stick to my treadmill for now, where i can work at my own pace, ha.

Good job, at least she notices you are getting fit. Congrat's.
