Increase your green vegetables intakes.
Most vegetables have significant levels of pesticides and weedicides. Which are dangerous health hazard in itself. Be aware. Slowly try to grow your own vegetables ..pot plants or if you have a yard..grow a garden |

Also called permaculture. Its like farming by folloeing the laws of nature. .the yield is higher and healthier longterm Its also called polyfarming...a beautiful messy but lush productive way of farming mimicking nature |
