1. Feeding

A. Reduce the total amount eaten
B Adjust the type of food eaten.
- reduce or cut off processed
- replace with wholesome unprocessed food
- organic food.
- 50% greens and colours vegetables
- 20 %good quality carbohydrates no processed wholesome
- 30% protein. Good quality proteins

Cut off soft drinks.
Make your own fruit drinks like good old fashioned lemonade from lemons and sugar or other healthier sugar alternatives

Take alot of water.

Iherb.com sells alot of healthy products.

But aim to reduce consumerism snd live simply with what you got available locally

Increase your green vegetables intakes.
Most vegetables have significant levels of pesticides and weedicides. Which are dangerous health hazard in itself.
Be aware.

Slowly try to grow your own vegetables ..pot plants or if you have a yard..grow a garden

I came across a very effective productive natural way of farming called food forests.

Also called permaculture.

Its like farming by folloeing the laws of nature.
.the yield is higher and healthier longterm

Its also called polyfarming...a beautiful messy but lush productive way of farming mimicking nature
