Stomach Fat is Disappearing
 

So, I havent had the courage to step on...or even invest in a scale yet BUT my belly fat is noticeably disappearing. A few pairs of jeans that I wasn't able to button before (ya know, I'd just throw on a big enough tee or hoodie to cover this up) I can now button. It may not mean a lot to others but it's a big deal to me. Maybe I'll actually invest in that scale this week.

I know that buttoning those jeans always had a much bigger effect on my psyche than a number on a scale.
Last time I got to that point I literally cried tears of joy.

I have been there, that's the best feeling!

That's a great result, I personally don't really like weighing myself. I try to look more at volumes because weight is water, fat, and muscle. It scares me a little bit.
