Default I managed to lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks and I didn't give up on sweets!

I managed to lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks and I didn't give up on sweets!

I made an individual meal plan for 30 days and I stuck to it, preparing food according to recipes. All recipes from simple products, where the norm of protein, carbohydrates and fat is calculated.

I also jumped rope at home for 15 minutes a day, pumped my abs 25 times a day, and did 30 sit-UPS in the morning and evening.

My advice to those who want to really lose weight-eat right.

Default Thanks for Sharing!

They say abs are made in the kitchen! Meal prepping works well for me for the first two weeks, but it's so hard to keep myself consistently prepping after that time.
