Down 14.6 lbs!
Hey all, hope you don't mind me sharing my latest mini success. I'm celebrating!
I was struggling at the end of February so I joined a local women's bootcamp. In April, they had a spring challenge where we went on Whole30. I stuck to it, and stuck to my workouts, and lost 14 lbs in 32 days! This is so motivating. I didn't even think it was possible to lose that much, especially given the muscle I have built. Gonna keep it going! |
