Post Here when you're Normal (BMI!)
 

Yay! I'm Normal! :goodscale

Ok, I've just hit high-normal and my goal is to be mid-normal but i'm excited to be not officially overweight.
I know a lot of people complain about BMI and it not being representative for them, but for me it's perfect. The limit of normal/overweight is really where I feel to be normal/overweight.

I'm back in to my historical yoyo zone now, after being 20lb higher this last year than ever before. Feeling optimistic for losing the rest at this point and at least I know I've done it before (like, a million times).

Congratulations on being "normal" Ange. LOL It's a long way off for me.

Congrats Ange. I remember what it was like to be normal. I hope to be normal again soon.
