Short-term goal

    I hope to be ⬇by 8 lbs on Oct 27th.
    current - 191
    goal wt - 186

    Of course getting 8 # would be great but if I can go further, that would be devine.

    My goal is to stay away from donuts and cakes everyday. Don't ask what I ate today. Try again tomorrow. I did eat a salad though.
