Mini Goal 1: Get below 200 lbs
I started my weight loss plan 2 months ago and I'm making progress slowly, but surely. I'm anxious to get below 200 lbs. My starting weight was 226 and I I weighed in yesterday 206.9. Looking forward to reaching this goal by the end of July.

First.... congrats on the progress you've made so far!
Second, enjoy the journey. Never make reaching your goal feel like a chore but a way of life for you. I suggest enrolling in activities you will enjoy but will also bring you weight loss results (like kick boxing or a favourite of mine... YOGA & swimmimg as an example). Continue to focus on your outcome & you will certainly get there. All the best with your journey!!!! :) |
