It did work... in fact I am now 48 pounds lighter and in "Onederland". I do think I was in starvation mode around the 220s and I have learned that when that happens I know that I have to eat just a bit more or that my workout needs a change. Thank you dietcokehead98 for recognizing this. We shouldn't be afraid to add some calories to bring our metabolism back.
