I know some people might not see that as a mini goal but when you are obese it's definety a mini goal.

That is awesome! I can't wait for that day... I am not sure it will ever come.

That is great, and while I know the overall goal looks intimidating, focus on how far you have come! You are doing great.

Thanks everyone & Yes Hiimawkward ~ You will get there - I've been on my weight loss journey since 2014 and I'm still not there yet so don't feel bad.

Terra - we are the same height. Way to go !!! Hiimawkward - Don't despair. Losing is tough for us shorties. Once you find what works, stick with it. You will find it - it just takes time to understand your body and your mind. For me, I found upping my water, protein, and exercise almost wiped out my desire for carbs and snacks. Good luck!
