Reached my first goal!

  • This morning, I'm down 16 pounds from where I started (9/8/16), and at an even 300 lbs! Next stop, the 290s!

  • I use my fitbit to track my activity and motivate me to move more, as well as track my calorie intake, which is usually around 1200-1500.
