20 kg gone!!!!!! (44 lb)
After a month's plateau, I thought I was starting to lose weight again, around the midriff area. That bit looks downright skinny to me now. I stepped on the scales, and they said 80.5 kg! (177 lb)
That means, 20.5kg gone from my heaviest weight, and 18.5 kg gone this year! :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: |
