A 17kg (37lb) visual difference
 

I have been feeling fat lately, though all my clothes are huge, and my stomach seems to be shrinking in bed.

I've taken a photo of me today, at 83.2 kgs, and compared it to an old photo from 2014, when I was 100kg (220b).

The difference is staggering!
