mini goal LOST 40+ POUNDS
 

reached mini goal of losing 40 pounds am now at lost 48 pounds still a long way to go but nice to have gotten this far since starting in Feb

Gave my sister a pair of pull on style pants today = not because they needed fixing but because they were way too big and kept falling down as walking and having to hold your trousers up when walking about the shops is never a good look!
