Exactly what it says in the title!
When I joined here last spring/summer, I was only dreaming of reaching the weight I had reached last time I lost weight. On that try, I employed a host of unhealthy, unsustainable means and managed to lose until I was pretty exactly 130, but couldn't get below that. Got discouraged, started regaining and gained it all back and then ~20 lbs more. Well, now I've been under 130 for days in a row, just today dipped to 128.4
It was so frustrating when I joined here, and had to work so hard to reach my old "fat" weight. But now I've done it and I'm officially past that ghost line of my previous try! I'm in the weight and size I was when I was 19. On top of that, I'm probably physically stronger than I ever was, and I have no complaints about my diet, I actually feel quite satisfied.
