One Month, Ten Pounds
 

Just dropping in to report that I've been working on dropping the pounds for a month, I've lost about 10 pounds, and I succeeded at the DietBet I was enrolled in (good thing, too, or I would have lost $100!!). Woo! Just the beginning ... onward!:carrot:

Sometimes, losing much weight quickly is a smaller problem than gaining it back...
