1 week in and 6lbs lost!

I am a bit gobsmacked to be honest. I have been working hard at it, cutting amount I eat, drinking more water, cycle 300cals on my exercise bike and 500 sit ups. Most I was hoping for was 2lbs.
I didn't exercise at the weekend either and even went out for a meal!
So to be 6lbs in already on my target at 56lbs I am delighted.
Well Done to everyone else and keep going.
