Playing with my kids!
Today, I started running around with my five year old spontaneously, letting her win or racing ahead of her until we were both out of breath. It. Was. Fantastic.
Her giggles and joy were infectious, and it made me realise 1) how much fun it is to just move around more and 2) how much I miss out when I don't. Life is good. |
