[NSV] face changes
 

So, I have only been at this for almost 3 weeks, but I have noticed that my double chin is disappearing along with the dark circles around my eyes and my skin clearing up. Just a few months ago, I could not even look at myself in the mirror. Getting into skin care and choosing to lose weight has been the best ideas I have has in a while. :carrot:

That's awesome! It's so motivational to see changes like that. Skin care can be really relaxing too.

Awesome! Losing weight has helped my face look better for sure, but I'd be interested to know what other skin care regimes you are using. I would love to try some new things.

LesGetFit, I started getting into Korean/Japanese skin care back in June as a way to help with my depression. Look up "Korean skin care routine" to see what I sort of do.

Congratulations on your NSV! I've noticed that now that I'm eating healthier and exercising regularly, my skincare routine is simpler and I'm breaking out way less. I must have spent $100s over the years trying to get clear skin when I could have saved so much money...
