Default Finally no longer overweight!
So I jumped on the scales last week for it to read a weight of 11 stone 4.5 pounds. This gives me a BMI of 24.2 and it feels so good to be at this weight again.

My weight when I started my new healthy lifestyle was 16 stone 5 pounds and that was in early 2013.

I have had a baby in the middle of that so really pleased that I have now lost 10 points off my BMI and lost 5 stone.

I plan to go to target for Halloween and will do photos then
