60+ lbs gone
 

I started the day after Christmas to change my life. I was 323 then and today I am at 260. So proud I have lost 63 lbs! Can't believe how much my face has changed. This is only the beginning!

Wow. I mean wow! You look like you lost at least half the weight in your face! That is amazing!!!

Congratulations and keep up the great work. If 60lbs made that much difference it will be so exciting to see the changes as you continue your journey. Thanks for posting. It was just this kind of post showing how much difference losing the weight can make that got me started and through that first couple of weeks.

I lost 38 pounds in 2008 and also maintained a weight of 250 for 4 years until I began having health issues and my weight ballooned to 300 pounds. I am now ready to lose weight again.
