Three Week Goal Met Early, Yay!!!
It seems like such a small thing... but it means so much. When I started my gym membership three weeks ago my husband and I tried to use the stair machine, I couldn't do it, I didn't even make it a full minute.
I said I would get five minutes on that thing by three weeks.... and guess what?! I not only got my five minutes, but I got an extra minute and a half!! My next goal is 10 by the end of the next two weeks, then I'll go from there. It's a major accomplishment for me as my legs have never been strong. I also noticed that my work out pants and starting to slack a bit! Who would have thought?!:carrot::carrot::carrot: |
Woo hoo! That's a big deal. So happy for you. Keep up the good work. Losing weight may be one of the hardest things we do but little by little we can do it & we won't die from losing! Actually the contrary. We will live more!
