Smile New Mini Goals
When I started on this journey, I weighed 205 pounds and body fat was 45%.

Weight Loss Mini Goals:
Mini Goal #1: 195 pounds (reached May 14, 2014)
Mini Goal #2: 185 pounds
Mini Goal #3: 175 pounds
Mini Goal #4: 165 pounds
Mini Goal #5: 155 pounds
Final Goal: whatever I weigh when I reach 25% body fat

Fat Loss Mini Goals:
Mini Goal #1: 40%
Mini Goal #2: 35%
Mini Goal #3: 30%
Mini Goal #4: 25%

After re-gaining several pounds over the winter holidays, I am finally back below my pre-Thanksgiving weight. And now my BMI is <29...another milestone achieved!
