I'm not going to lie, I drink some pepsi when needing caffeine but just eliminating the Mountain Dew has made all the difference in the world for me and my weight loss.

Congrats !! That is a big deal. I gave up coke when my son used it to clean the car battery- If it can do that to a battery ( the acid in coke) what is it doing to me? I was big time addicted- Heck I grew up next door to the family that invented the coke bottle- Coke is a big culture thing in my town. Yes it is hard but you can do it. I am really proud of you.
