I am down 2 notches on my belt since 1/15. I feel phenomenal! 1/15, I was struggling to button my work pants and the belt was on the largest setting and causing HUGE muffin top and uncomfortable everyday. Now, my pants button easily and i'm comfortably two notches down.

One day at a time :)
