Actually, it is kind of wierd. I weighted 230 in June and started losing weight...lost about 15 lbs. Then, I moved and went off of plan. I avoided the scale for a few months because I felt like I had gained and then some. However, I started a "biggest loser" challenge at work. Weighed in my my first time and was actually down to 210. So, without necessarily trying for most of it, I lost 20 lbs. in about 4 months, so I'm not sure I'd really count that. Then, after starting the challenge, I've lost 11 lbs. in the past 5 weeks (now that I'm actually trying).
