Default 1st goal met! Onderland!
Onederland is like wonderland! lol. Haven't been here in quite awhile....

I have weighed under 200 for a couple of days now, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't just a one day kind of thing. But, I am at 198.8 as of today. 31 lbs. lost! I'm officially in Onderland!!!

I can officially wear my old/smaller clothes now, too. Wore a pair of my old jeans today (well, not old....I was only small enough to wear them a couple of times)...and it felt great!

Congratulations! That's excellent!

For many of us, onederland truly is an exciting prospect...about 45lbs away from it myself! Can't wait!!

How long did it take you to lose 30lbs may I ask?

Actually, it is kind of wierd. I weighted 230 in June and started losing weight...lost about 15 lbs. Then, I moved and went off of plan. I avoided the scale for a few months because I felt like I had gained and then some. However, I started a "biggest loser" challenge at work. Weighed in my my first time and was actually down to 210. So, without necessarily trying for most of it, I lost 20 lbs. in about 4 months, so I'm not sure I'd really count that. Then, after starting the challenge, I've lost 11 lbs. in the past 5 weeks (now that I'm actually trying).

It sure is!
It is weird how much of a difference that it makes. When I was officially in the 200s, I felt like I had so far to go, but now it feels much more do-able lol

Thank you all so much! I managed to stay in Onederland through the holidays. Weigh in for 1/1/15 was 197.2. Whoo Hoo!!!
