Three pounds by Christmas

Hi all! My sweet kids broke my scale so I haven't been able to weigh in for a while. But, I had a doctor appointment last week and I'm down to 178. (possibly less due to the flu) I would like to be down to 173 by Christmas.

Back to Piyo for me :carrot:
