MiniGoal 1 COMPLETE

I got my first reward from my rewards system yesterday!

GOAL: Log calories consistently until halfway point between DXA scans.
ACCOMPLISHED!

So I got a mini shopping spree at one of my favourite stores (LUSH). I got bath melts, solid bubble bath, conditioner, and face wash. And I'm gonna have SUCH a pampering session this weekend.

Next Goal: Stay on track until next DXA scan on December 30th.

I think you're very smart to reward behavior, not just a weight reached or X pounds lost. The scale can be fickle, but we have a great degree of control over our behaviors.
