I started to eat healthier and exercise 2 weeks ago.
Before that my weight was stuck at 154,3 lbs for a long time and I weighted myself today and I'm 146,8 lbs. I don't have a scale at my place but I'm visiting my parents and I couldn't resist
I'm also not planing to buy one - knowing myself I know I would get discouraged very fast. How I track my progress is by measuring myself. I'm so happy!!
The last time I weighted this much was when I was 13! That's 14 years ago. Then I wasn't tall as I'm now. I never want to go back.
